What is CBT?

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is about helping people feel differently by looking at thoughts and behaviours. Focusing on cognitions and behaviours is a means to reducing distress and improving quality of life.

I am an experienced Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapist. I have previously worked in Tokyo and London and offer a range of evidence based psychological therapies for children, adolescents, and adults.
