Individual 1 to 1 Therapy Sessions

Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapy sessions are usually 50 minutes, but some sessions may be shorter or longer depending on clinical need. Frequency is usually weekly for between 6-20 sessions.

Initial telephone consultations are available. One off sessions where you can ask me any questions and I can guide you through available guided self help materials are also available.

How is 1 to 1 therapy delivered?

I offer a range of options:

  • Face to face sessions, taking place near Tokyo Tower

  • Remote sessions via private online videoconferencing tool

Remote therapy using telephone support or online text based therapy is also available upon request.

Group Workshops

CBT Supervision and Training

Supervision is available to CBT practitioners, health professionals, CBT Trainees, and HR professionals. CBT supervision can be offered in groups or individually. Contact me for more information on training or supervision services.
